Customer Service

SHIPPING POLICIES

All online Orders are made-to-order and can take up to 3 weeks to complete depending on available parts and the level of labor intensity for the purchased item/s.

We currently offer free UPS Standard Ground shipping on all domestic orders. We are able to offer expedited shipping options for an extra shipping fee. Please contact us at sales@carmendiazjewelry.com if you need your order to be delivered before our shipping lead time.

We are able to ship internationally via UPS Worldwide Express for $55. All orders ship from the US. Any import duties and taxes are charged when the parcel reaches the destination country, and these charges must be paid by the recipient.

We have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country.

If you have questions related to customs charges please contact your local customs office.

ORDER DELIVERIES

All orders require a signature upon delivery. Additional charges may accrue if more than one attempt is made for delivery. Carmen Diaz Jewelry does not ship to Post Office Boxes (PO boxes).
Orders will not be shipped or delivered on national holidays.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All orders to be shipped outside the continental United States, Hawaii or Alaska will be held for 10 business days to insure validity.

All orders billed and/or shipped outside of the continental United States, Hawaii or Alaska must have the same billing and shipping address.

All orders to be shipped outside the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped via USPS.

Product and shipping prices displayed do not include any applicable duties and taxes.

The recipient is responsible for all import duties and taxes that may be levied by local governments; these fees must be paid to release your order from customs upon arrival.

We are unable to advise the amount of these charges and suggest you contact your local postal service for further information.

Orders shipped via International Shipping will be charged a flat rate of $65.

Returns / Exchange

At Carmen Diaz Jewelry, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase, customer satisfaction is our priority.
 
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you are able to return or exchange your item
within 7 days of the date of receipt.
 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Postage is not refundable.

Please email sales@carmendiazjewelry.com for return requests.

Please provide your name, address, order number and reason for return. Returns will only be accepted with a Return Authorization Number clearly labeled on the package.
 
Approved returns will be credited for the purchase price of your item minus 10% restocking fee and shipping costs.

We do not refund shipping charges, unless we have sent an item in error. We cannot accept returns
for merchandise purchased anywhere other than carmendiazjewelry.com.

For returns on items that were shipped using our free shipping option, you will be credited the purchase price of the item less the 10% restocking fee and any shipping & insurance charges that we incurred to ship your order.

Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages.

When shipping your return, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing
shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we are not
responsible for any package lost in the mail.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have
received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges will be subject to shipping charges.
Exchanges and returns may take up to and not later than 6 weeks to complete

Unfortunately special orders, custom items, personalized items are non-returnable.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES AFTER 30 DAYS.

GIFTS

Items received as gifts and gift cards may be exchanged for another item of equal or lesser value. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and notify them of the refund.
 
Items received as gifts and gift cards may be exchanged for another item of equal or lesser value.

 

Price Adjustment

Prices are subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to cancel orders containing erroneous prices including those due to technical or administrative errors on our part.
